She is recognized for blending creative storytelling with operational structure—helping busy founders stay visible, consistent, and top-of-mind in an ever-moving digital landscape.

Before stepping into entrepreneurship, Erica built her career across multiple leadership roles in both education and corporate settings. She served as a Business & Marketing Adjunct Professor, a corporate trainer for Blue Cross Blue Shield, and a school principal in Guam, where she led communication systems, staff development, and community engagement. These experiences shaped her signature approach: clear messaging, strong systems, and content that connects.

Raised on the island of Guam, Erica brings a unique blend of cultural grounding, adaptability, and community-focused leadership to her work. As a military spouse, a homeschooling mom, and a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu practitioner, she knows what it means to pivot, rebuild, and show up consistently—skills that deeply inform her approach to managing social platforms for dynamic, fast-paced businesses.

Erica holds an MBA, a BA in Finance & Economics, and graduate studies in Counseling.

Today, she helps brands stay relevant, reliable, and visible online—creating digital content and systems that work 24/7 so business owners can stay focused on what they do best.
