Erica’s expertise in building robust systems is grounded in practical experience. Before founding VIRGOVA, she was a school principal, a corporate trainer for Blue Cross Blue Shield, and a college professor in business and marketing. These roles strengthened her ability to develop communication systems that build authority and deliver measurable results.

Raised in Guam and shaped by her experiences as a military spouse and homeschooling mother, Erica offers exceptional adaptability to her clients. As a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu practitioner, she values the consistent effort required for lasting success.
