Since starting VIRGOVA in 2022, Erica has specialized in managing the digital presence of fitness studios, martial arts academies, and personal brands. She is known for her results-driven approach, blending creative storytelling with solid business structures. Her goal is simple: while you focus on running your business, she ensures your brand stays visible, consistent, and professional.

The Background

Erica’s skill in crafting clear messaging and robust systems stems from her leadership experience. Before starting VIRGOVA, she worked as a school principal, a corporate trainer for Blue Cross Blue Shield, and a college professor in business and marketing. These roles showed her how to build communication systems that do more than just "post" content, they connect with people and deliver results.

Erica grew up on Guam and brings a strong sense of community and adaptability to her work. As a military spouse, homeschooling mom, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu practitioner, she understands how important it is to be consistent and to build something that lasts.
